Here’s another great smoothie recipe. It contains a great mix of nutrients from watermelon, cucumber, strawberries and greens.

Ingredients (1 – 2 servings):
- 4 oz of water
- 1 1/2 cup, watermelon (cut up)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 handful of spinach or kale
- 1/2 tsp, Stevia
- 1/2 of a cucumber, seeded, peeled and cut up in chunks
- 1 cup, frozen strawberries
Place water, watermelon, lime juice, spinach or kale, Stevia and cucumber together in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds then serve.
